Dear Citrus Homeowner:

The Citrus Course HOA (CCHOA) and Alberts Association Management (AAM) wish to welcome you as a member of The Citrus.   We hope the following information will help you understand the working relationship between your Association and Alberts Association Management.

Annually, the members of the Association elect a Board of Directors to administer and govern the business of the Association in accordance with The CCHOA Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) and By-Laws.  The Board of Directors has contracted with AAM to provide management, financial and customer services for your Association.  A AAM representative (your Community Manager; Barbara Vanscoder), will work directly with your Board, assisting in the daily functions of the Association. Major decisions are made solely by a majority vote of the Board of Directors or the membership.

A monthly assessment coupon booklet has been/will be mailed to you for you convenience in submitting your monthly assessment.  Payment is due on the first day of each month and delinquent after 15 days.  Forward your check in the correct amount in the envelope provided.  Questions about your assessments can be answered by calling AAM's Accounts Receivable department at 760-346-9000 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Should you need assistance or have questions regarding your community, please call AAM's Customer Service Department at 760-346-9000 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  After-hour emergency calls will be accepted by calling the same number.  AAM's answering service will receive your emergency call and forward it to a AAM employee.

AAM encourages you to be an active member in your community.  Please consider serving on a committee, offering your name as a candidate at the next election, or simply attending the regular meetings of the Board held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Citrus clubhouse.

The success and strength of The Citrus lies within its membership who welcomes you to our community.

This website has been designed to help you stay in touch with the CCHOA. You can click on a topic in the left-hand pane and it will be displayed in the right-hand pane. You can use the left-hand pane to navigate anywhere on the site. Most information on this site is in the 'html' format and is displayed in the right-hand pane. If you want to print a document just click (one time) on the page and then click on "Print" under the "Files" menu item of your browser or click on the "Printer" icon (picture) on the toolbar which is normally just below the menu bar. The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded to your computer for free by simply clicking on the Adobe graphic on each page that has a link to a PDF file.

Please remember that any change to the appearance of your home and or landscaping (even repainting your garage door the same color) requires an application be submitted to the Architectural/Landscape committees for approval. This is not because the HOA wants to invade your life but because the HOA wants to guarantee the integrity of our community. We are all part of a great community - let's please work together to keep it that way! Applications are available for download in the Forms section of this site.

You can also visit the La Quinta Resort and Club website, the City of La Quinta website and the La Quinta Chamber of Commerce. When you click on these items in the left-hand pane, a totally new browser window will open up with the new site displayed in it.
